I want to share with you that I will be preparing for my next show again… Yes AGAIN:)!
Competing allows me to learn a lot, not only about fitness and nutrition, but also about myself mentally.
I’m very excited bacause it will be a great opportunity to share some ”weekly tips” with you …forthose who are interested to know and learn a little more about how to enhance your lifestyle and health. Some stuff you probably already know, some you already actually apply it, but hey…
