That’s great Denise, you are looking Awesome! At first I thought you were over doing it with the health stuff but now I see that its just a life style that you are trying to share with your viewers/ fans. I’ve stopped drinking for like 3 months and lost 15lbs. I’m 6″3 at 215lbs now. I’m loosing weight but I’m trying to gain muscle too, so its pretty hard. What I normally do is a 30 minute Cardio exercise (15mins on the elliptical, then 15mins running). After that I try to lift for 45mins. I try to focus on my chest allloott. Cos lets face it, what lady doesn’t love a nice looking chest and vice versa However, I feel like I’m not getting there. Any suggestions? Oh and I work out like 5 days a week.
