    Is it safe to drink large amounts of water for the water – electrolyte balance? Can it cause edemas?

    Ladies, it’s a nice video! I always said that my belly is due to genes that don’t cooperate. But it is an excuse. You are abs…olutely right: abs are cooked in the kitchen. I will reduce diary in the morning. And do bicycle-while-lying-on-the-back exercises.

    You two are so sweet together. You should have your own fitness show on a cable channel or something. Thanks for all the good info. It was surprising to hear that you don’t really focus your workouts on abs, your stomach is so defined. It’s what I like to call a Yummy Tummy :-D I want to nibble on it!
