Increase your metabolism with this spicy dish!
Alot of people dislike fish, but try this, you’ll love it. You might fall in love with Tilapia like me!
When I was preparing for my last competition, I ate a lot of Tilapia, because it is such a light, and lean protein.
Ingredients:
- Tilapia
- Cilantro
- Flaxseed Oil
Spices:
- Ginger
- Curry Powder
- Turmeric
- Organic Garlic Powder
- Cayenne Pepper
Cook the Tilapia in water, then add the spices. After cooked, I sprinkle with cilantro and flaxseed oil.
YUMM…..

Denise, you are quite right! I am not a big fish fan, but I learned to appreciate Tilapia. There are many recipes nowadays. What about a pan seared lemon Tilapia with Parmesan pasta? Hmmm! I fell in love with Tilapia as much as with you… Hxxx.
Tilapia is awesome. Not only can you buy it in large quantities, but if you buy it frozen each fillet is individually wrapped. Why can’t they do this with bulk boneless/skinless chicken breasts?

Mmmm, but Denise is better than talapia except no calories! Hahaha. I am going to try this. You have inspired me to be getting more fish to eat and it’s definately a learning curve. I’ve also been getting to the gym more and working on gym bound mobility obsticals, ie clothes etc. I like watching bb games while on the running machines. Thanks and have a nice day, Paul
