I’m such a morning person! What about you?
I start my morning with my fave organic coffee and coconut creamer mmmm.
I really enjoy the peace and the quiet…
After my coffee, I workout….
I feel sooo good after …even when I have school the night before (It’s a lot of driving and I get home around 11:15pm). I still work out.
Instead of 4 am (my usual time) I get up at 5am because I love the way a little exercise makes me feel. I know it’s not enough sleep but I’ll catch up !
I stretch my body with beautiful spa music (I’ll post the benefits of stretching later), clear my mind and open my heart to become completely “present”.
I brush my skin before a bath with epson salt. (epson salt can help your body remove toxins from the body).
The feeling of being refreshed is important to start my day with a smile on face.
It’s not easy to get up so early but I know if I do I will get things done and feel better the rest of the day.
