I’m such a morning person! What about you?
I start my morning with my fave organic coffee and coconut creamer mmmm.
I really enjoy the peace and the quiet…
After my coffee, I workout….
I feel sooo good after …even when I have school the night before (It’s a lot of driving and I get home around 11:15pm). I still work out.
Instead of 4 am (my usual time) I get up at 5am because I love the way a little exercise makes me feel. I know it’s not enough sleep but I’ll catch up
!
I stretch my body with beautiful spa music (I’ll post the benefits of stretching later), clear my mind and open my heart to become completely “present”.
I brush my skin before a bath with epson salt. (epson salt can help your body remove toxins from the body).
The feeling of being refreshed is important to start my day with a smile on face.
It’s not easy to get up so early but I know if I do I will get things done and feel better the rest of the day.

Thanks for sharing. I don’t typically post, but saw that, like me, you are in school and an early riser. Isn’t the lack of sleep (less than the minimum 7 hours) going to catch up with us?

Denise, you start your day very good. Full of energy already! I am a morning person… when I have slept well and long enough. I am an evening person… always!
My day starts at 6am, slowly. I read newspaper, and e-mails (yes, I know). Than it is time for walking and running with the dog, 45 min. It is good exercise. I take a long shower, eat a good breakfast. If I can, I do the 30 min. ride to my office by bike. After the first coffee (black, sweet & hot), I am ready to face mankind with a good mood. Really! Hxxx
I wake up, eat a slice of bread & drink a cup of tea. After that I ride with my bicycle to work. When I get home I have a rest bevor I go the gym.
