When you have a busy lifestyle, it’s tough to always make healthy decisions when eating. That’s why I prepare my meals ahead of time and plan out my meals to stay on track. Take a few minutes in the morning or the night before to decide what you will be eating for the busy day ahead. This way, bad choices like fast food won’t be an option.
Tip: When you are preparing for an event and want to look your best, eat lean proteins like Talapia, a lot of greens, complex carbs, and healthy fats. (that’s a part of my planned meals above =) )
